David Speller is a chicken farmer at Lower Farm in the Derbyshire Peak District producing more than a million chickens a year, mainly for the retail market. He uses the latest technology and traditional husbandry skills to produce birds efficiently and to high standards of welfare under the Red Tractor scheme. David is proud to produce quality assured and affordable chicken.

Nick Bragg is a chicken farmer in the picturesque village of South Petherton, Somerset. Nick and his wife Claire also grow potatoes and regularly open up their farm for school groups and local residents. In this video Nick describes how his chickens are reared and highlights some of the environmental features he has created on the farm.
