Surrinder's Love Chicken Traditional Curry

Grind together the chillies, cumin seeds and ginger.

Fry onions in melted butter for about 5 minutes, do not colour.

Add the tinned tomatoes.

Add the ground chilli mix and simmer for 5 minutes, then add turmeric, salt and garam masala and cook for 1 minute.

Cut the chicken breasts into chunks and add.

Simmer for approx.45 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped coriander to serve.


4 Red Tractor chicken breasts
100g butter
3 chillies
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 inch piece peeled of fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic
4 medium white onions finely chopped
1 400g tin chopped tomatoes
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala
