Caesar Salad Wrap

Heat a griddle pan and warm the wraps until charred on one side.

Place the wrap charred side down and spread with the caesar dressing.

Place a pile of chicken, salad leaves and parmesan in the middle of the wrap, and season to taste.

Fold the bottom over, roll the wrap sideways, add additional filling if needed and serve.

Repeat until all the wraps are filled.



Serves 4

4 Red Tractor chicken breasts, cooked and ripped into bite sized pieces
4 tbsp caesar salad dressing
1 cos lettuce, shredded
50g parmesan shaving
salt and freshly ground black pepper
